Quality Advisor – Assessment & Rating Specialist

We’re looking for a Quality Advisor (Assessment & Rating Specialist) to help our services feel confident, prepared, and excited as they showcase the incredible work they do every day.

This is your chance to play a leading role in ensuring every one of our services achieves Meeting or Exceeding outcomes. You’ll coach, guide, and walk alongside Service Leaders and educators — helping them tell their story of quality through the moments that matter.

In this role, you’ll:

- Lead our A&R readiness process across the network
- Conduct mock assessments and provide practical improvement strategies
- Coach educators to embed Exceeding themes in everyday practice
- Celebrate excellence and share inspiring practice across our services

You’ll join a passionate team dedicated to creating Exceeding Themes Everywhere — quality that families see, and children feel.
