Downer Services North is undertaking a program of works for the DOWSP programs - Water Southern zone and Wastewater Regional zone. This is a project delivery team for water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations and wastewater treatment plants.

**THE ROLE**

The **Quality Advisor **ensures a seamless transition from Project Delivery into Commissioning and Completions. Working closely with the program’s Commissioning Lead, this role aligns the Downer Standard and client requirements through the development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance strategies, processes and tools.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct reviews of quality management documentation through regular scheduled site audits.
- Partner with stakeholders to increase awareness of Quality Assurance systems and optimise tools, training and solutions for improved and streamlined outcomes.
- Conduct analysis of quality performance, monitor systems, troubleshoot faults to continuously improve systems of work.
- Ensure project completion packages align with client specifications and undertake checks for releasing to client.
- Build and maintain working relationships with site teams to ensure Quality Assurance processes and procedures are achieved and delivered.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Qualification in Engineering and experience in Construction or Commissioning.
- Demonstrated experience in auditing within Engineering discipline or Construction industry.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead change and foster a culture focused on quality.
- Experience in QMS implementation and maintenance.
- Advanced MS Office skills and experience with InEight
- Detail-orientation, excellent analytical and interpretative skills.
