The Role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Perth office. This role is ideal for an engineer with a background in either site or consultancy work, looking to advance their career and work on diverse projects. Experience with controls systems is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical systems for various projects.
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of electrical control systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Assist and prepare specification documentation for electrical equipment in a mining environment.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Support project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience on site or in a consultancy is desirable.
- Understanding of HV/LV electrical schematics design in mining/mineral processing environment.
- Experience with electrical control systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
