Overview

Fragomen, a leading global law firm dedicated exclusively to immigration services worldwide, is hiring Business Immigration Assistants on a casual contract basis. This role is suited for talented students seeking an entry-level opportunity to assist Fragomen legal teams in preparing and filing visa applications. You may also support the provision of strategic advisory services to meet our clients’ business immigration needs and goals. Law students with an interest in Immigration or Administrative law are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to learn more about this dynamic practice area and grow your legal acumen

Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of immigration services to clients to maintain strong and positive relationships with both corporate and individual clients.
- Assist Fragomen legal teams in preparing and filing visa applications.
- Support the provision of strategic advisory services to meet clients’ business immigration needs and goals.
- Gain experience in a global firm with exposure to a range of clients from blue-chip companies to start-ups, enabling the development of skills for a legal career.

Qualifications

- Enrolled in a law degree (preferable) or working towards studying law
- Client service oriented skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong time management skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a broader team
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Strong MS Office skills

Prior administration experience is highly desirable but not compulsory.
