Job Description

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the coworking industry.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.

- Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities in Sydney.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

- A proven track record in sales and business development - any B2B role is relevant

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- The ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

- An understanding of market trends and the ability to identify new opportunities.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

- A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

- Experience working in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
