Are you a driven and commercially sharp Business Development professional with deep experience in BPO or Managed Services? Do you have a strong network and a passion for helping organisations unlock the power of offshore teams in the Philippines?

SourceWiser, part of the Symbos Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across new and existing clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make a real impact.

We're open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

What You’ll Do

- Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals.

- Convert inbound interest and proactively engage new prospects.

- Build trusted relationships and act as a credible advisor to clients.

- Represent SourceWiser at industry events and networking opportunities.

- Collaborate across teams to shape compelling proposals and solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client experience.

What You’ll Bring

- 3–5+ years’ experience in sales, business development or account management within BPO, outsourcing or managed services.

- A strong network and proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Deep understanding of offshore delivery models, especially in the Philippines.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and structured pipeline management.

- A proactive, collaborative and values‑driven.
