The Growth team at Deliverect is a dedicated group of proactive and experienced professionals focused on empowering customers to achieve significant growth. By serving as strategic partners, we deeply understand our customers' evolving business needs to offer tailored support and guidance that maximizes the Deliverect platform's potential. We foster strong, long-term relationships, collaborating closely to identify unique opportunities and co-create innovative strategies for their continued success in a dynamic market.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering long-term relationships with Deliverect’s largest and most strategic customers in the region. You'll be responsible for driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Your mission is to ensure our enterprise partners maximize the value of Deliverect’s solutions while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

This is a hybrid role- 3 days in our Sydney office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

- Relationship Management and Growth (~30%): Drive NRR by building trust, influence, and credibility. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders from the operational level to C-suite executives, while proactively identifying expansion opportunities, reducing churn, and ensuring continued value realization with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strategic Planning and Product Adoption (~20%): Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and work with customers on product adoption and marketing opportunities. You will ensure customers are leveraging Deliverect’s full suite of features by providing training, best practices, and recommendations to drive platform adoption. You'll also analyze customer usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using these insights to inform strategic conversations and improve customer engagement.

- Project Management (~20%): Manage new product implementations from sale to completion, including internal and external stakeholder management, setting clear statements of work (SOWs), and securing committed contracts.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Problem-Solving (~10%): Work closely with internal teams to provide quick service responses and ensure customer satisfaction and continued loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support, to advocate for customer needs and address customer challenges with urgency and creativity, ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty.

- Industry Engagement (~10%): Attend industry events to represent Deliverect and build relationships. You'll network with key decision-makers and influencers, showcasing Deliverect's value proposition and expanding our industry footprint.

- Product Demos (~5%): Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Deliverect’s solutions. You'll lead engaging, tailored presentations that highlight how our platform solves specific customer pain points and drives tangible business outcomes.

- Strategic Thinking (~5%): You'll analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on opportunities, develop creative solutions to complex business challenges, and position Deliverect to secure high-value partnerships and expand market share.

What you will bring:

- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role within the SaaS or restaurant technology industries. You should have a proven ability to manage complex client relationships with a track record of driving growth and retention in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders. Your interpersonal skills should enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from day-to-day users to C-suite executives, building the trust that is key in the Australian market.

- Problem-Solving & Strategic Mindset: You are a strategic thinker with a customer-first mentality and a passion for helping businesses succeed. You should have a data-driven mindset and experience using customer insights and analytics tools to inform strategy and make critical decisions under pressure.

- Industry Acumen: An understanding of the order management, restaurant technology, or food delivery industries, including familiarity with POS systems, APIs, and third-party delivery services, is essential. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity and building solutions with limited resources.

- Collaboration & Ownership: You have the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and can thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while taking ownership of critical projects and delivering results.
