Reporting to the **Senior Manufacturing Area Manager** you will lead and coordinate manufacturing activities in our Filling area to produce high-quality therapeutic products. You will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and supports a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.This role is part of a facility which operates 24/5 and therefore you must be available to work on shift patterns including afternoon / night which may include weekends/public holidays.**Your Role*** Lead and oversee day-to-day operations in the Privigen Filling area, including equipment preparation and aseptic filling.* Plan and manage production schedules to meet forecasted demand.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimisation and innovation.* Ensure compliance with CSL’s Code of Responsible Business Practice, global quality policies, and health & safety standards.* Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and supply chain requirements.**Your Skills and Experience*** Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or relevant degree.* Strong experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, food or other regulated industry.* Strong technical expertise in quality systems.* Knowledge of biological processing is desirable.* Experience in managing or leading teams will be highly valued.* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.**How to Apply**Please submit your application including your resume in one document.Apply today and help us deliver on our promise to patients.#LI-Onsite## **Our Benefits**We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
