As a member of the Lineage team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.Position DetailsAs we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we’re now looking for an **IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist** to join our team in Laverton, Melbourne and provide on-site support that keeps our business connected and moving.**What you’ll be doing**In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining and troubleshooting our on-site infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:* Installing, configuring and supporting hardware such as access points, switches, servers, storage arrays and end-user devices.* Working with vendors and internal teams to coordinate upgrades, replacements and repairs.* Supporting infrastructure projects such as new site deployments or expansions.* Maintaining accurate documentation and helping ensure compliance with security and operational standards.**What you’ll bring**We’re looking for someone with:* Strong IT infrastructure or network support experience.* Practical knowledge of networking, hardware installation and troubleshooting.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.* Great communication and customer service skills—you’ll be working closely with colleagues across the business.* Experience in vendor coordination or working in enterprise/multi-site environments (desirable).* Technical certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (a bonus, not essential).At Lineage, we believe in creating an environment where people feel safe, respected and empowered to do their best work.
