**The role**:
Operating from our Geelong office, our IT Service Delivery Analyst will deliver a high-quality service to end users across our metro projects.

**Your impact**:
You will utilise your people skills and technical ability to ensure service support and delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.

**Your every day**:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Who are you?**
- 5+ years experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Stack.
- Proficiency across networking equipment.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
