Platinum Healthcare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of support workers in the Perth Metropolitan area (South of the River) in Armadale and surrounding areas.

You have:

1. An interest in gaining or already have 2+ years experience in the aged care or disability space
2. A genuine passion for care work and can communicate effectively and listen attentively
3. An adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
4. A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
5. Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
6. National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or current NDIS worker screening check
7. Current First Aid, Manual Handling and Hand Hygiene certificates are highly regarded
8. Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module preferred for NDIS support worker roles
9. Current Drivers Licence and a roadworthy vehicle that is registered and insured
10. Completed online Department of Health COVID-19 infection control training
11. Previous employment in disability or aged care support work preferred
12. Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare
