Overview

Coordinator – Supported Independent Living - East Malvern

We are seeking a Coordinator for a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract at Cairnes Cres, East Malvern

About the Role

- Demonstrated experience in behaviour and high intensity support are essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
- Demonstrated confidence and resilience in working with people with complex needs
- Experience rostering a large team and managing staff competencies and compliance is essential
- Be an advocate for the people we support, families/carers and other key stakeholders through establishing rapport and understanding
- Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver guidance to a team of passionate Disability Support Workers
- Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement to support the purpose and vision that are important to the successful operation of Scope/'s values
- Exposure to NDIS and DSOA funding and frameworks is essential
- Previous experience in leadership/management within the disability sector is desirable
