About the role
Immediate Start
At Paperware, a leading food packaging supplier, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Armidale, NSW. As a flexible full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions and providing support to the wider team.
What you'll be doing
- Administration management - Phone answering, emails, sales order entry, invoicing, customer service
- General bookkeeping, reconciling, account keeping, debt recovery, accounting
- Maintaining and updating office policies, procedures, and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the management team as required
What we're looking for
- Willing to learn
- A super duper can-do attitude
- Experience in an office management or administrative supervisory role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite, Xero, and Inventory Systems
- Knowledge of office procedures and best practices in administrative support
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Experience with bookkeeping and basic finance tasks.
- Familiarity with procedures and systems around technology and software.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
