We are currently seeking a Procurement and Compliance Administrator to support our Product teams with procurement and QA compliance administration.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing and responding to inbox queries within a timely manner

- Monitor and manage compliance, ensuring relevant updates are actioned

- Project administration set up and support

- Manage vendor onboarding process and the administration of contract approval process

- Support the QA team with APCO process adherence and ensuring all data is up to date

About you:

- Deadline driven with the ability to manage your time efficiently

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

- An eye for process improvement with an understanding how to minimise business risk

- View processes with an analytical lens, providing a high level of attention to detail

- Proficiency across the MS office suite
