**The opportunity**

This role is accountable for supporting the NSC claims processors and NSC customers throughout their claim.

**How you will make an impact**
- Processing and supporting TCS to process NSC Claims (eg Death, TPD, Financial Hardship, Family Law).
- Delivery of process improvements and efficiencies
- Maintaining SLAs for claims processing
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships

**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience processing North administration tasks
- Ability to managing priorities and deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and complaints
- Demonstrated resilience and an ability to adapt to change
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services;
- Experience in identifying, assessing and addressing operational risk;
