Responsibilities

The Regional Managing Director is responsible for all ANZ (New Zealand, PNG, New Caledonia) regional budget and P&L, and will see you leading and overseeing all operations, strategy, and business development activities within the region. The position will see you as the primary stakeholder of the organization with an emphasis on fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, employees, and regulatory bodies. The scope includes but is not limited to leading, mentoring and managing your team to deliver exceptional results across Equipment Sales, Parts, Service, Customer Service, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance. This role will see you reporting into the Group President - Machine Sales, based in the USA, working closely to deliver in the key areas of:

- Regional business strategies aligned with vision and business objectives

- Identify and pursue growth opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.

- Offer operational oversight across all business units within the region.

- Create and lead an organizational culture of engaged, empowered, enabled employees.

Qualifications

Is this you? To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

- A commercially driven individual with sound business insight on both local and global perspectives

- Degree qualified in technical or business field - Master/'s or MBA level preferred

- Proven experience in a senior leadership capacity in a similar industry.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and sustainable ROI

- Infrastructure, Construction, Materials Handling equipment knowledge HIGHLY REGARDED.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.

- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, negotiation, and leadership skills
