- Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged.
- Collaborate with colleagues, the Pastoral Care team, and parents to ensure consistent support and integration of Christian values in teaching and wellbeing.
- Contribute actively to the broader life of the College through camps, excursions, and cocurricular programs.
Selection Criteria:
- A personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and active involvement in a Christian Church.
- Alignment with the Association’s Statement of Faith, Foundational Statements of Belief, and Educational Objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, supportive, and well‑managed learning environments for upper primary students.
- Proven experience in delivering explicit instruction in literacy and numeracy.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Current Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) registration and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- A summary of relevant qualifications, experience, and achievements aligned with this role.
Desirable:

- Experience implementing the Talk for Writing pedagogy.
- Evidence of integrating inquiry‑based learning to deepen student engagement and understanding.
- A proven capacity to foster high expectations, positive relationships, and a culture of joy in learning.
What We Offer:
- A purpose‑filled teaching role in a vibrant, faith‑aligned school community.
- The opportunity to influence student wellbeing, culture, and lifelong learning.
- Competitive salary packaging, professional development, and staff support structures.
