In Australia we own and manage the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, and the Tropicana Gold Mine (70% AGA owned 30% Regis Resources). These are two of Western Australia’s premier gold operations, with ongoing investment and exploration taking place across both open pit and underground operations at each site.

We are seeking a highly passionate, collaborative, and driven Human Resources Systems Advisor to join our People and Capability team in the Corporate Perth office.

Reporting to the Director Human Resources, this role provides day to day support for our HRIS system and people data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness across employee lifecycle processes. In addition, this role supports the coordination of onboarding activities for new employees and supports the broader team with reporting and people analytics.

Accountabilities

- Coordinate and facilitate employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, setting up payroll profiles, processing contract changes, and actioning employee terminations and offboarding.
- Data maintenance and reporting through maintaining data integrity, generating dashboards and reports (including Power BI), and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide administrative assistance to the broader P&C team, contributing to various P&C projects.
- Assist with preparing people & capability reports and audits to support compliance
- Partner with the global systems team to promptly identify, resolve, and troubleshoot HRIS system errors, ensuring seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of people systems, initiatives, and policies
- Previous experience in workforce reporting, predictive analytics, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) highly regarded.

About you

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, IT, Systems, Project Management, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in HR systems support with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central essential)
- Previous experience in an administration or HR support role
- Strong organisational, administrative and coordination skills along with excellent attention to detail.
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
