You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming veterinary care by embedding IDEXX’s innovative diagnostics and software into everyday workflows—without direct reports, but with strong influence across cross-functional teams.## **You will:*** Design and manage customer retention and loyalty programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.* Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.* Lead end-to-end program execution—from strategy and communications to adoption and performance tracking.* Provide tools and support that help veterinary professionals integrate IDEXX solutions into their practice management systems.* Monitor ROI, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous improvement based on customer and market feedback.## **We’re Looking For:**You’re a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and knows how to turn insights into action.* 7+ years’ experience in marketing or customer programs, ideally in healthcare, animal health, or related industries.* Proven success in designing and delivering loyalty or utilization programs.* Strong project management and analytical skills to drive performance and ROI.* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across regional and global teams.* A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field* Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and multi-channel marketing tools.## **What We Offer**It’s a critical part of how we deliver on our purpose.
