As a Marketing Executive at LKQ Euro Car Parts, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimising our marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Working with our CRM manager and our Loyalty marketing lead, to design, create and execute CRM driven loyalty & reward campaigns.
2. Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
3. Content Briefing: Work with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content to support our marketing campaign objectives.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions), analyse campaign performance, and recommend optimisations.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and support lead generation and revenue growth.

Skills and Experience

1. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field
2. Experience working within either B2C or B2B Marketing
3. Experience working with CRM and/or loyalty marketing
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating content for different channels
5. Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement
6. Organised and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
7. Solid understanding of the principles of CRM marketing, and experience building campaigns and calendars to support the activity
