Reporting to the Head of Logistics ANZ, you will coordinate and optimise the flow of materials and goods across our supply chain. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of products and materials to both internal and external stakeholders.You’ll play a key role in supporting field operations and enhancing customer experience.**Key Responsibilities:*** Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control* Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or disruptions* Liaise with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics execution* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing timely updates and ETAs* Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics costs* Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement* Support logistics strategy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives* Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies* Collaborate with procurement, planning, and 3PL teams to align logistics with business needs* Manage internal reporting to track cost and revenue* Drive continuous improvement across logistics functions to enhance field efficiency**What You’ll Bring:*** Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred* Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools* Proficiency in ERP (SAP), CRM, and inventory management systems.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to build and develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersYou’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, efficiency, and customer focus.
