About the Tole

Reporting to the President and Committee, the CEO will provide strategic, operational and cultural leadership across all aspects of the Club. Responsible for driving commercial performance, stewarding heritage assets and delivering exceptional member experiences, the CEO will lead a multi-faceted team spanning hospitality, property, events and membership services. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a legacy organisation, ensuring its enduring relevance in Brisbane’s social and commercial landscape

About You

You are an accomplished senior executive with experience leading complex member-based or hospitality organisations. Strategic and commercially astute, you bring strong governance capability, operational discipline and an ability to build trust with a diversity of stakeholder groups. Your leadership style is collegiate, outcomes focussed and values-driven, with a track record of delivering transformation in a way that respects legacy while enabling growth.

This role will be based in Brisbane.
