My client is a large and diverse financial services business with a heavy focus on workplace culture and employee satisfaction, they continue to be seen as an employer of choice in the market.

They are looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst on a permanent basis to support the delivery of risk and compliance initiatives across the Group through the provision of high quality, proactive and commercial risk and compliance services that support the delivery of the business strategy.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Act as a risk and compliance SME for the business
- Work directly with key stakeholders on issues and feedback to influence risk and compliance maturity
- Challenge and support the business to use standard risk and compliance methodology
- Facilitate risk and compliance-related training workshops
- Support the compliance obligation management framework
- Review obligation registers and update compliance obligations to support business stakeholders
- Assist in the implementation of the GRC system by providing support to the review and coordination of the risk, controls and compliance obligation data.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document controls

**Key Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in risk, compliance or audit
- Sound general understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to financial services businesses.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills
