About the Role
As the Business Administrator – known as a Customer Service Consultant (CSC) in Bupa, you will work alongside one other CSC and our General Manager. We are looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Consultant with strong rostering experience to join our Care Home leadership team. This role is all about ensuring staff coverage runs smoothly while supporting reception and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Rostering – Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring appropriate coverage and compliance. Work closely with managers and team members to handle changes efficiently.
- Employee Service - Payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, onboarding and induction of new starters, managing annual and sick leave in rosters.
- Reception & Administration – Support front-of-house and administrative duties, ensuring a high standard of customer service and smooth operations.
Skills & Experience
- Roster management expertise (essential) – Experience in creating and managing staff rosters, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
- Aged care experience (desirable) – Previous experience in a care environment is highly valued.
- Strong communication and diplomacy – Calm, professional, and proactive when interacting with staff, residents, and families.
- Organisation and time management – Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and work independently.
- Technical skills – Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency.
