Location: Goulburn (with 2x monthly travel to Sydney office) Full-time | Supportive Team | Varied Role Are you organised, friendly, and love keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Administration Coordinator to join our team in Goulburn This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for admin tasks, incoming calls, coordinating team events and meetings, and provide backup to our sales team when needed. No two days will be the same Join a supportive, collaborative team where you’ll be at the heart of the action — from keeping the office humming to helping plan key events and supporting the team’s success Responsibilities - Reception & Admin: Manage incoming calls& emails, process orders and invoices, and handle correspondence. - Team & Event Coordination: Organise team food days, assist with board meetings, strategy sessions, and off-site event planning. - Office & Kitchen Support: Maintain supplies, keep shared spaces tidy, and coordinate catering as needed in both locations. - Sales Support Backup: Provide assistance to the sales team, answering incoming calls & managing admin tasks & sales inbox. - Sydney Support: Travel to Sydney office around twice a month to assist with meetings and events & have a change of scenery.
