Aviagen is the world's leading poultry breeder, providing pedigree lines for the production of broiler chickens. The Company has a number of wholly owned operations across the United Kingdom, Europe, Turkey, Brazil, India, Australia, New Zealand and USA and joint ventures in Asia. Supported by our distributor network, we supply customers in 130 countries.

Right now, we are looking for an energetic and friendly **Administrator **to join our team in Goulburn, NSW.

Reporting to the Planning and Export Manager, you will take responsibility to ensure livestock production requirements are in place and well planned, to meet increasing sales demand for Aviagen Breeding Stock in Australia and New Zealand, as well as in countries throughout the Pacific and Asian regions.

As part of a highly efficient team, you will constantly review and update production forecasts from 25 farms and four hatcheries, monitor and adapt in a challenging and fluid environment to ensure customer orders can, and will, be met.

**You will also**:

- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure timeframes are met
- Work in partnership with Aviagen planning, production, sales, and logistics teams, throughout the world
- In collaboration with the team, plan and monitor livestock production, receive and schedule customer orders, and organize delivery to customers locally & internationally

We are looking for a go-getter with a positive and engaging character. You are likely a numbers type of person and will enjoy analysing reports, capturing data, identifying missing information and could easily find a needle in a haystack with your attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

**To stand out, you will also have**:

- Preferably previous experience in a similar administrative role records management or general office administration
- A strong focus on attention to detail
- Experience in data entry, analysis and reporting
