Whether you are into rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, archery, hiking or challenge ropes, this is your chance to turn your skills into something truly meaningful.

Help young people build confidence, resilience and lifelong memories – all while having a blast yourself

What You’ll Do

- Lead and supervise exciting outdoor activities

- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm with young people and fellow volunteers

- Ensure safety and fun go hand-in-hand

- Be part of a vibrant, supportive community

What We’re Looking For

- A love for adventure and the outdoors

- Great communication and leadership skills

- Commitment to safety and youth development

- No prior Scouting experience needed – just your passion and willingness to learn

- Must be eligible to be issued with a blue card
