Manager/Senior Manager - Personal Banking Risk and Compliance
The Distribution Governance team works collaboratively across Personal Banking to ensure that risks associated with the distribution of financial products are understood and managed effectively.

What role will you play?
You will work closely with the Personal Banking sales team to manage risks related to distributing home lending products through the Direct channel. Your responsibilities include leading a team to conduct application reviews, overseeing initiatives to improve compliance oversight and operational efficiency, staying updated with relevant regulations, and representing the direct sales and variation team within the Banking and Financial Services ecosystem. You will also manage the team’s priorities and strategic focus.
By promoting a risk-aware culture across Personal Banking, you will help ensure the integrity and robustness of the distribution process. As a senior leader in the Distribution Governance team, you will support the team’s management, culture, and strategic direction.
What you offer
- Previous leadership experience and 3+ years in a Risk or Compliance role, preferably within home lending
- Knowledge of relevant internal and external regulations for home lending
- Experience managing programs of work with strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems
