We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to join our Sydney team, playing a key role in our work-winning business. The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in pre-construction, working closely with our estimating and delivery teams to secure new projects.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting bid and tender processes for targeted sectors

- Leading early-stage project planning and methodology

- Tender preparation and leadership

- Feasibility analysis and project strategy development

- Stakeholder collaboration across internal and external teams

- Risk management and mitigation planning

- Oversight of proposal development and submission

- Client interaction and relationship management

- Contract review and negotiation

- Budget oversight and financial planning

- Mentoring junior staff and fostering team development

About You

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience in a project management role with a strong emphasis on front-end tenders

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality
