We’re looking for a strategic and commercially savvy Senior Brand Manager to lead the TENA retail incontinence portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the Role:

Based in Springvale, VIC, and reporting to the Marketing Manager – TENA, you’ll be responsible for driving the brand and category strategy for TENA’s retail portfolio. This includes liners, pads, pants, male guards, and reusables. You’ll lead innovation, communication, and commercial initiatives that enhance brand performance and deliver growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of continence care across ANZ.

With a strong focus on commercial performance, you’ll manage your own P&L and budget, drive consumer engagement, and play a key role in delivering significant category growth within a high-impact, high-opportunity space.

What You Will Do:

Lead the 3–5 year brand and category strategy for TENA across ANZ.

Lead the development of the overall brand communication strategy

Drive campaign development and execution across TV, digital, social, and POS

Own NPD strategy and deliver innovation with local and global teams

Lead insights, analytics, brand health tracking, and consumer research

Translate consumer and category insights into actionable brand plans.

Manage relationships with media, creative, and research agencies.

Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply, Finance, and Global stakeholders.

Own commercial performance including NSV, GM, EBITA, and budget management.

Lead strategic retailer reviews and growth initiatives.

Who You Are:

You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.

You bring 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG.

You have strong capabilities across the 6Ps: Positioning, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place.

You’re a strategic thinker with end-to-end NPD experience and strong business acumen.

You’re confident influencing senior stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You’re collaborative, hands-on, and decisive, with excellent communication skills.

Bonus points if you have experience with Aztec/IRI data, SAP, or best-practice FMCG training.
