Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with external agencies, the Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the brand and will be pivotal in developing and implementing all advertising and promotional campaigns that increase customer base and turnover.
Once developed, the Brand Manager is responsible for delivering a successful marketing plan that ensures campaigns are given the best possible opportunity to perform in market and deliver on results.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for executing all above and below the line and promotional campaigns, with the assistance of the greater marketing team, ultimately leading to increased turnover and acquisition of new customers.
**What you'll bring**:
- Communications and organisational skills to facilitate the management of:
- End to end marketing campaigns
- Maintaining quality control
- Meeting deadlines
- Ensuring all opportunities are utilised
- Degree in either Marketing, Commerce or Communications
- Proactive approach to maximising marketing opportunities across all forms of media
- Experience leading a brand, communications or campaigns function
- A self-motivated individual who possesses drive, ambition, and commitment
- A customer-led approach
- Demonstrated organisational skills & communication skills
- A passion for marketing that drives commercial outcomes
- Creative thinker
- Proven experience with creative campaign development as well as a sound understanding of product development from briefing to execution
- Leadership skills with the ability to grow and lead a high performing team
- Minimum 4-5 years’ marketing experience
- Experience working with a creative & media agency
- Strong stakeholder management skills
