We're seeking an experienced insight-driven marketer that will develop succesful brand propositions to unlock growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of multiple audience driven marketing strategies. This includes identifying consumer insights, developing the brand strategy, innovation pipeline, and working with our in house and agency partners to develop impactful campaigns that drive stimulate market penetration and frequency, as well as executing these plans to engage our field team, customers and key consumer segments.

Your Role

As Senior Brand Manager for Cabot’s, you’ll lead the development and execution of consumer-driven marketing strategies that unlock growth and deepen brand engagement. You’ll harness consumer insights to shape brand strategy, build a robust innovation pipeline across products, services and experiences, and collaborate with in-house and agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive market penetration and frequency. You’ll also oversee the end-to-end execution of these plans, ensuring alignment across R&D teams, field teams, customers, and key consumer segments.

You’ll take full ownership of theCabot’s brand P&L, managing both revenue performance and expense budgets. This role includespeople leadership, with responsibility for mentoring, coaching, and developing the Assistant Brand Manager to build a high-performing brand team.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive commercial performanceby managing brand budgets and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximise revenue, EBIT growth, and minimise write-offs.
- Lead brand strategythrough insight-driven planning and activation across all channels, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives and marketing KPIs.
- Develop and deliver innovationvia a 0–5 year NPD pipeline, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Enable sales force successby creating impactful, insight-led, multi-audience activation plans and marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and conversion.
- Champion team culture and leadershipby mentoring junior staff, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and representing the brand in leadership forums.
- Uphold brand excellenceacross all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency in brand assets and delivering high-quality presentations for partnerships and pitches.

Skills & Experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field, with 8+ years’ experience in brand and/or category management within consumer-led environments.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring talent to deliver high-impact brand outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth through strategic brand planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience managing NPD pipelines (ideally using Stage & Gate), from concept through to market launch.
- Skilled in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across media, shopper, digital and innovation channels.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
