Senior Product Manager – TENA Healthcare

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role within our B2B Marketing team, responsible for leading the product category strategy for TENA Healthcare. You’ll drive innovation, manage product lifecycles, and ensure reliable supply, all while contributing to profitable growth and differentiation in the market. Your work will directly impact how we support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers across Australasia.

What You Will Do:

Develop and lead category strategy and go-to-market plans, mapping market size and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.

Integrate insights from brand, product, and channel data into planning, while staying across market trends, funding, and regulatory changes.

Assess the global innovation pipeline and adapt for local relevance.

Launch new products, upgrades, and cost-saving initiatives, benchmarking competitors and refining product positioning.

Collaborate with global innovation and sales teams to recommend pricing and promotional strategies.

Own demand forecasting and budget planning, ensuring product quality, compliance, and successful range reviews.

Drive optimal product presentation across digital channels and train sales teams to execute in the field.

Monitor category performance and ROI, manage A&P budgets and trade spend, and act on emerging threats and opportunities.

Who You Are:

You bring 6+ years of experience in product portfolio and category management within a B2B environment, with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in product launches and digital campaigns. You will also bring:

Expertise in product portfolio and category management

Financial forecasting and P&L interpretation skills

Strength in customer insight and market research

Experience in project leadership and stakeholder engagement

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

A degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

A professional, disciplined, and accountable approach

Strong attention to detail and high work standards

Excellent planning and organizational skills

An optimistic, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for making a difference

Experience in B2B marketing and sales with strong digital and social media skills, train-the-trainer expertise, and familiarity with BI tools such as SAP will be highly regarded.
