The Role: This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of Haileybury’s Early Learning Centre - Long Day Model. The successful candidate will oversee a range of administrative responsibilities, deliver exceptional stakeholder support, and contribute to key compliance and quality processes, all while fostering effective relationships within the ELC community. Key Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Head of ELC Newlands, key responsibilities include: - Coordinating and managing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, mailouts, event planning, supporting committees, preparing reports, and allocating resources within set timeframes and standards. - Providing high-level support and service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while maintaining strict confidentiality, privacy, and compliance. - Supporting ELC processes, particularly in the areas of compliance, quality assurance, and performance reporting. - Accurately recording and managing meeting minutes, including those involving sensitive or highly confidential information. - Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to promote and enable efficient service delivery.
