Strategic Revenue Management Leader

The Strategic Revenue Management Leader reports to the Market SRM Director serving as a key business partner and the pricing expert for the local unit. In this position, you'll help drive consumer penetration and category profit pool growth within our Petcare Segment, mainly by leading the strategic development & execution of optimized pack-price architectures and product mix plans across our specialist brands and channels.
As leader of the local Pricing practice, as the SRM Leader, you'll ensure best in class SRM pricing capabilities and market delivery of strategic pricing objectives for profitable value and volume growth.
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience partnering across an organization to analyze a range of internal & external data sources, drawing out key insights and forming recommendations on the basis of solid commercial knowledge and strong linkage to business strategy.
- Track record of successfully translating strategies into action and delivering results;
- Comfortable presenting to and engaging with Sr. Leaders or strategic forums simplifying complex Concepts and Strategies.
- Proven functional/technical understanding across: Pricing strategy, Pricing Analysis, and Pricing Implementation.
- Astute commercial and financial skills with excellent organization agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ‘can-do’ attitude with strong influencing & problem solving capabilities; ability to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage/lead individuals, develop talent capabilities and engage associates to deliver consistently strong performance.
**What be your key responsibilities?**
- Lead the creation of market portfolio pricing strategy, development of annual pricing plans/recommended actions, and overall management of the local market pricing practice.
- Chair/co-chair the Local market Pricing Council, including integration and co-ordination of fact-based recommendations with decision owners, and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
- Lead execution, planning and management of Pricing Strategy for the Brand/Portfolio through collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Regional S&F pricing analyst to ensure local market pricing inputs are included in Regional net pricing strategies and setting of pricing corridors on key SKUs.
- Drive ‘Mix for Growth’, optimizing portfolio Product Mix plans by integrating consumer, customer/channel and financial performance in setting annual mix targets.
- Analyze External and Internal Pricing Landscape on a periodic basis.
