Marketing Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Social Media Strategy & Execution – Develop the seasonal social media strategy focusing on views and audience growth. Execute on the strategy, which includes content planning, ideation, production, creative development, execution, community management and performance analysis.
- Influencer Strategy & Execution – Develop the seasonal influencer strategy to drive brand advocacy and social proofing. Execute on the strategy, which includes talent discovery, engagement, briefing, content reviews, product seeding, planning and execution of intimate events and performance analysis.
- PR Strategy & Execution – Develop the seasonal PR strategy, in partnership with our agency partner, to create a prominent and positive brand image within trusted media sources. Execute on the strategy, which includes agency management, briefings, high impact events and performance analysis.
- Consumer Events – Work with the Retail team to deliver elevated events as outlined in the seasonal strategy to connect with customers and build brand love. This includes supplier engagement, event production and operations, guidelines, supporting comms, budget management and performance analysis.
- Campaigns & Content – Support the Marketing Manager with campaign creative and go-to-market ideation, planning and production as required.
- Competitor Analysis and Market Research – Monitor competitor and peer activity to identify best practice execution, innovations and trends and translate into actionable insights to fuel optimisations.
- Seasonal Marketing Strategy & Plan – Support the Marketing Manager to develop the seasonal marketing strategy and plan, including support for key product and collection drops, new store openings and closures, milestone moments, activations and collabs.

ABOUT YOU

- 5+ years in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion or consumer goods.
- Strong background in content marketing, PR and influencer marketing, and event management, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing content that delivers growth across social media channels and publicity outcomes
- A keen creative eye and deep understanding of brand
- Relationship building and management
- Strategic thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resilience
