Job Description

- Build and maintain the SEO growth roadmap.
- Conduct regular SEO audits with actionable insights (not just reports).
- Advise content, marketing, and development teams on SEO best practices with clear business reasoning.
- Identify content gaps and prioritise based on traffic and revenue potential.
- Champion SEO across the business with credibility and clarity.

2. Content & On-Page SEO

- Lead keyword research and map keywords to key site areas.
- Create SEO-focused content briefs aligned with user intent and goals.
- Optimise and rework underperforming pages to improve rankings and CTR.
- Define and guide the implementation of internal linking structures.
- Ensure all schema, metadata, tags, and images are fully SEO-optimised.

3. Technical SEO

- Identify and fix (or advise on) site-wide issues:

- Page speed

- Crawl waste

- Core Web Vitals

- Collaborate with developers to ensure site architecture supports SEO growth.
- Manage sitemaps, structured data, robots.txt, and indexation.

4. Reporting & Analysis

- Deliver concise, insight-driven monthly reports (no fluff).
- Run experiments (e.g., A/B tests on headlines, metadata, layout) and measure outcomes.

5. Authority & Backlinks

- Identify link-building opportunities aligned with target pages.
- Collaborate with outreach or PR teams to build high-authority backlinks.
- Manage and disavow low-quality or spammy links.

6. HubSpot Expertise

- Utilise HubSpot for marketing activities, with a strong focus on email marketing.
- Assist with social posting and other HubSpot marketing suite functions.
- Troubleshoot and manage HubSpot design elements, particularly for HTML or EML email files.

Must Haves

- Open to Filipinos only residing in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with HubSpot, especially in email marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Home Office Requirements

- Perfectly working headset and webcam.
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps.
- Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later.
- Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
- A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift.
