• Manage and update job and quote details in ServiceM8 from Gmail or Whatsapp messages

• Schedule and book our staff / other trades into the calendar based on work requirements, availability, and travel time. This includes sending a text / booking appointments with job contacts via Servicem8's text / email features

• Assist with Gmail inbox management and communication with clients and trades

• Support the creation of quotes and job requests

• Forward and organise emails into dedicated workflow folders

• Communicate with trades and clients regarding upcoming work or scheduling updates

• Maintain consistent administrative flow for jobs and ensure we are not letting quotes / jobs slip through the cracks

• When needed, search for potential subcontractors or inquire for quotes about jobs we need quoted for but do not have available subcontractors for (but possibly later down the line, unless you have this experience)
