Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of older people? Keith and Districts Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to join our Residential Care Home team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living tasks, promoting their comfort, dignity and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities

- Provide high-quality personal care, hygiene, grooming and mobility assistance to residents.
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and daily activities that enhance wellbeing.
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment within the Residential Care Home.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents’ individual needs are met.
- Report and record observations of individual clients and complete routine documentation in accordance with established procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- Holds a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Demonstrates empathy, compassion and respect for older people.
- Able to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritising care and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred care
