Reporting to the Senior Social and Influencer Manager, this newly created role is for someone who doesn’t just love making social content, but wants to be on the journey of taking our brands to the next level.

Vitaco is looking for a social-first content powerhouse. This role gives you autonomy, ownership, and the chance to drive how three iconic brands show up on social:

- Musashi: Australia’s most credible sports nutrition brand, where you’ll capture athlete stories, training moments, and product integration in scroll-stopping ways.
- Athena: A bold new women’s sports nutrition brand where you’ll be the on-camera face, creating empowering content that champions women in sport and fitness.
- Nutra-Life: A trusted supplement brand, where you’ll craft engaging, authentic content that helps women feel strong, vital, and supported.

This isn’t just a “make the assets” role. It’s your chance to own the scroll, stay on the pulse, and help turn our brands into social-famous names.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Capture and edit content (iPhone, CapCut, native tools, Adobe) with pace and creativity
- Lead our social content engine, amplifying Musashi’s athlete moments and high-performance stories
- Be the on-camera face of Athena, delivering bold, social-first content
- Work with content creators to create trustworthy, relatable content for Nutra-Life’s wellness community
- Stay on the pulse of platforms, pop culture, and audience trends — and move fast to act on them
- Spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and deliver content that is made-for-platform, fit for brand, and relevant for target audience
- Conduct proactive community engagements with social communities
- Create and own a content creation process that works for you, including the setup of an in-house content studio
- Use analytics to back your creative instincts and refine what works
- Balance planned content with space for reactive, trend-led content

To be successful in this role:

- You live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube Shorts, you instinctively know what works across social
- You’re on the pulse of platform trends, pop culture; you know what makes audiences tick, and what sparks conversation
- You’re equally comfortable in front and behind the camera, and in the edit suite
- You balance creativity with organisation, able to juggle deadlines, stakeholders, and multiple brands
- You’re collaborative, open to feedback and focused on creative solutions
- You’re proactive, fast-moving, and follow through
- You bring energy, curiosity, and the drive to make a real impact
