**The opportunity**

Our Brand and Creative team is a skilled group of campaign strategists, designers and brand marketers, working to elevate the shopping experience for pet families across Australia. We are looking for a passionate Social Media Content Coordinator to join our in-house team in a newly created position aimed at meeting our vision to become a leading voice on pet social media

In this role, you will become one of our faces on social, bringing our Joyfully Quirky brand to life across all major social networks. You will work across the full eco-system of social networks - from organic content, paid campaigns, community management, to influencers and creators. This role works to support both community engagement, brand reach campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Pinterest (and whatever new channels that might crop up)

You will develop, film, edit and post social media videos, reels and TikToks, working within our content pillars, leading the charge on building out our capabilities as an in-house team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Evolve and bring to life the social media strategy
- Manage social media content creation, including shoot production for low-fi content with the support of the Organic Social Manager
- Film and edit social media videos using CapCat, quickly turning around content to jump on platform trends
- Manage our social media content calendar, including scheduling and uploading content to our social media accounts via Hootsuite following our content strategy
- Coordinate our Content Creator and Influencer program, including finding new creators and supporting them with content creation
- Support the day-to-day management of paid social media ads across TikTok/Meta and post copy
- Prepare and execute weekly and monthly reports, deriving actionable insights to present to the wider team Support our customer experience team with social media community management
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team and partner agencies to develop social media campaigns in line with key sales and integrated campaigns
- Support the Organic Social Manager across external content briefs
- Manage product ordering for shoots and content creators

**What you'll need**:

- Social media management experience across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Strong creative and copywriting skills
- Strong on-camera presence, comfortable being one of the faces on social media
- Ability to film and edit content
- Organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skillsExcellent attention to detail

- You are obsessed with TikTok, you understand trends, you can concept, edit and post
- Graduate, relevant internship experience or 1-2 years working in-house or within an agency
- Previous experience with Retail or eCommerce brands is preferred
- Proven experience creating content and managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
- Comfortable being in front of camera and one of the faces of Pet Circle on social
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and agency teams to ensure effective campaign integration
- Manage reporting to assess effectiveness against business and marketing goals
