Our client is Australia's leading Content & Monetisation VOD Network, which grows the social audiences of some of Australia's most prominent creators, TV Channels and iconic Film Channels

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Social Media Strategies**: Create and implement tailored strategies for various brands in line with their goals and audience.
- **Content Creation**: Produce and manage engaging content, primarily on TikTok and other platforms.
- **Community Management**: Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster positive interaction.
- **Collaborate with Creators**: Work with content creators to develop viral content and negotiate terms.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on social media trends and use insights to boost engagement.
- **Content Promotion**: Assist in promoting content, working towards clear KPIs and optimizing ROI.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and others.
- Video editing skills and experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Proven track record in creating engaging content and working with creators.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with influencers and social media analytics tools.
- Managing multiple brands' social media accounts.
