Our team is focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences while providing rewarding career opportunities for our people. We are currently looking for a mature and organised accounts officer to join our friendly team. Based in our Malvern dealership you will be responsible for the accounts administration of 4 vehicle brands over 2 sales sites in a role that will keep you busy and engaged all day.
Responsibilities
- Processing of all creditor invoices
- Creditor account reconciliations and payment preparation
- General ledger account reconciliations
- Additional administration duties as required
To be successful
In this role you will need to have:
- A solid background in accounts payable and general accounting and administration
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with an attention to detail
- The ability to think outside the square and take the initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills including automotive dealership packages and Microsoft Office
While previous automotive experience is preferred, training and support for the right candidate will be provided.
