What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring our Mega Mining clients receive outstanding service every time. You'll:
- Resolve customer enquiries via phone and email with urgency and care
- Expedite orders and manage exceptions to meet delivery expectations
- Proactively identify service improvements and escalate issues effectively
- Balance customer needs with business goals to get the best result
- Stay up to date with systems, processes, and product knowledge
- Champion Blackwoods' values in every interaction
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented mindset
- Motivation to deliver exceptional service outcomes
- Experience in telephony and product knowledge (desirable)
