We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Managerto lead our Clarence Estate Home Careteam in Albany on a full-time basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for ensuring our team at Clarence delivers high-quality Home Care Packages for consumers, all the while spearheading opportunities for business growth, intra sector collaboration, and continuous improvement projects.

Your finely-tuned leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills are evident when motivating your team to deliver high quality customer service experiences and outcomes for consumers, working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing consumer directed care that ensures the dignity and respect of consumers and their families.

What you'll bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we need to ensure you possess:

  • Relevant Tertiary/VET qualification and/or extensive professional experience in similar role
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, management and including skills, including negotiation and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in, and lead, an inter-disciplinary team and provide person centred care;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of Influenza vaccinations
  • Full working rights in Australia
