Job Description

This role is perfect for the person who is ready to step out of operations and take a front seat in project managing organisational transformation.

In this role, you will be an integral part of DPV Health’s Transformation team, driving organisational innovation and supporting the achievement of our strategic priorities. You will provide expert, whole-of-life project management and business engagement to ensure the successful and timely delivery of major projects. This role will bring experience in health care/ community service operations to inform expert project management in service model development and evaluation, new service implementation, system analysis, and system change management processes.

This role also provides organisational coordination of the DPV Health Quality Improvement processes, contributing to our ongoing commitment to quality and excellence.

Working as part of the Transformation team, and reporting to the Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Driving organisational innovation and business engagement through whole-of-cycle project management expertise using best practice project management methodologies and tools.
- Project management of service-oriented projects, informed by previous health or community service sector experience, ensuring integration with service delivery requirements including client experience, workforce skills, client record requirements and workforce productivity.
- Leading inclusive and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Integrating project evaluation and impact reporting.
- Collaboratively working with Executive and Senior Leadership Team to deliver improvement projects.

Desired Skills and Experience

- To be successful in this role you will bring demonstrated experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager, or equivalent, with responsibility for the delivery of organisational projects, preferably within the health and community sector.
- Experience, or a good understanding of, operational requirements in community health, community services or not-for-profit sector is desirable.

You will also come with:

- Relevant qualifications in a business-related discipline and/or allied health/ nursing discipline.
- High level of confidence and skill in project management and/or improvement methodologies.

The fine print

- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
- Full drivers license and travel between sites required.
