Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant.
- Lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
- Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, drive costs down, and maintain high standards while improving the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
- Expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and support the crew to be at their best every day while championing the customer experience.
