We're seeking an Assistant Manager who is genuine, energetic, and professional - someone with the personality to engage guests warmly and the poise to uphold the highest standards of fine dining. Qualifications & Experience

  • Leadership experience in a premium or fine-dining venue
  • A passion for hospitality, with a focus on service excellence and team development
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to Rockpool's standards
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
