Job Description

- Lead the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Deliver clear, insights-driven financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Act as a key link between business teams and the broader finance function, promoting alignment and understanding.
- Provide financial input on business cases, funding proposals, and commercial partnership opportunities.
- Champion ongoing improvements across financial systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Power BI knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and risk analysis.
