About the team The Finance department brings a commercial perspective to business decision making and supports the Royal Women's business performance by providing the appropriate financial and business information and advice, as well as driving the organisation's business risk management program. About the role As an Manager of Finance Business Partnering you will be responsible to the Director Finance and is charged with the effective management of the Finance Business Partnering team. Key Performance Indicators of the role include: - Quality and Timeliness of Financial Reporting - Budget and Forecast Performance - Stakeholder Relationships - Team Capability & Engagement About you This role requires a strong leader who can support the functions and have a continuous improvement attitude.
